Property Preservation, & Maintenance team

We are currently looking for a team of people that would be interested in becoming part of our property preservation team. Experience is a plus. Any kind of contractors are welcome!! We are looking for all trades to build this team. reliable. Anyone with property preservation experience will be highly considered
(looking for people from all counties in the state of MA)
About the job & Requirements:
- Cori checks will get done.
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
- Make your own schedule however is up to you to make sure your on time with your work since they all have a dead line to be completed in.
- Must have a Camera and a smart phone.
- Must own a computer/ laptop in order to upload your work photos at the end of your day.
- Must own a reliable vehicle with auto insurance in order to commute to your assigned properties.
- Must have own tools, and supplies & all the material necessary to perform each job.
- Areas will be assigned mostly by counties, however some exceptions can be made depending on your situation.
-MUST HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE!!.
